上海外滩华尔道夫酒店内设有6间风格迥异的餐厅，而位于华尔道夫会所五楼的蔚景阁，其浓郁的中国艺术风格，将这座充满了维多利亚建筑气息的建筑完美融合，营造出尊贵的用膳环境。餐厅的装潢风格以各种有趣的中国“古玩珍宝”和艺术展示为特色。走进这里，就仿佛进入了一间美轮美奂的阁楼，静谧而充满格调。开放式的椽木天花板以及传统的中国栅格结构增添着“阁楼”的气氛。除主就餐区外，餐厅配置了六间个性化设计、布置典雅的包厢，并以中国历史上的朝代来命名，代表着餐厅传承中华美食数千年的精髓。贯穿六个雅间的中央走廊设有现代的背光灯墙，展示着中国“珍宝”和有趣的物件。作为华尔道夫品牌推出的全球首家中餐厅，蔚景阁在继承经典的同时，更发挥着现代中餐的创意，让古典与现代相辉映，并游刃有余地发挥着中华烹饪文化的博大精深及细腻精准。

蔚景阁的主厨袁瑞生先生拥有三十多年的烹饪经验，并曾为多国元首奉献过自己的精湛厨艺。他善于通过对调味香料、时令海鲜及蔬菜等每个细节的精准把握，为食客带来啧啧称奇的顶级出品。
A Located on the fifth floor of the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, a century-old iconic structure, Wei Jing Ge features a collection of interesting Chinese reproduction antiques and art displays as if one has stumbled into a forgotten attic. Open rafter wood ceilings enhance the "attic" ambiance which is also accented into iconic Chinese lattice work. The central corridor features contemporary, back lit walls that showcase Chinese "treasures" and interesting finds. The restaurant is also equipped with six stately private rooms, each named after a different Chinese dynasty, reflecting the restaurant's knowledge of a thousand-year-old Chinese culinary tradition. A modern back lit wall can be found in the central corridor running through the private rooms that showcase Chinese treasures and curiosities.
