10月14号周六，来自纽约Double Chicken Please餐厅&酒吧的创始人Faye Chen（陈诗蓓）与GN Chan（詹佳恩），携手走进上海镛舍Café Gray Deluxe，为大家现场客座调酒，带来四款创意鸡尾酒。
On Saturday October 14th, Faye Chen and GN Chan, the founders of Double Chicken Please Restaurant & Bar in New York, pop up in Shanghai at Café Gray Deluxe, The Middle House, to bring guests four inventive craft cocktails.
Faye和GN曾用一辆1977年的大众迷你巴士在全国各地举行了鸡尾酒闪现，为大家提供独特的饮酒和用餐体验。他们并肩创建了"Hacking Design" 鸡尾酒单概念，将一道菜色进行分解再将其风味拼组成鸡尾酒。在Double Chicken Please，酒单的灵感来自食物，而食物则受到酒单的启发，营造出令人惊喜、愉悦和意想不到的感官体验。
Faye and GN created a mobile cocktail pop-up program in a 1977 VW minibus hosting unique drinking and dining experiences across the country. They created an ingenious cocktail program based on the concept of “hacking design,” where cocktails are deconstructed then reassembled in new, playful and creative ways. At Double Chicken Please, the drinks are inspired by food and the food is inspired by drinks, creating surprising, delightful and unexpected sensory experiences.
经过五年的精心准备，Double Chicken Please于2020年11月在纽约正式开业。
Five years in the making, Double Chicken Please opened its doors in November 2020.

Double Chicken Please is a Lower East Side restaurant & cocktail bar inspired by the exploration and experimentation of traditional drinks and dishes in the spirit of hacking design. The Coop at Double Chicken Please offers inventive craft cocktails that deconstruct, redefine and rebuild iconic dishes into liquid form such as the Japanese Cold Noodle, Cold Pizza, Key Lime Pie, NY Beet Salad, Mango Sticky Rice and others.
Double Chicken Please在 2022年世界50最佳酒吧中荣获第6名，在2023年北美50最佳酒吧荣获第一名，在2023年鸡尾酒基金会故事中荣获世界最佳鸡尾酒菜单。
